RESO does not make every provider identical
RESO standards improve consistency, but actual providers can differ in authentication, available resources, metadata, field usage, enumerations, timestamps, media handling, and replication behavior. A dependable integration accounts for those differences explicitly.

Yes, subject to provider access and licensing. The migration must account for field mapping, update behavior, media, local data, and application logic built around the older feed.
Should the application query RESO live or maintain a local copy?
It depends on licensing, provider limits, performance, search complexity, analytics, and resilience requirements. Many search-heavy applications benefit from controlled local replication.
Can you work on an existing PHP real-estate application?
